Lexi Lore is a young college student looking for a house to rent for the school year. When she arrives at Vince’s house, he is putting the finishing touches on it, getting it ready to rent out. Vince tells her about the place, in particular how he is also the handyman so that if anything goes wrong, he is just a phone call away. After moving in, Lexi immediately gets to work scheming on how she can get Vince to come over to "fix" things. After many call ups, finally, Lexi calls Vince to fix the plumbing under her sink. She is wearing a short skirt with no panties, so that when he is under the sink, on his back, she can straddle over him and completely flash her naughty bits to him. While he is still checking the pipes and before he realizes what she is doing, he says, "Lexi there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong under here." Then he slides out and sees her flashing him.
